What does a TCM treatment cost?
A TCM treatment at TCM Seerose typically costs between 120 and 156 francs, depending on the duration and services provided. I develop a personalized treatment plan for each patient using a combination of TCM methods. Individual services (excluding acupuncture), such as ear acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, and acupuncture with plum blossom needles, cost 50 Swiss francs per session.
Most supplemental insurance plans for complementary medicine cover a share of the treatment costs, as I am recognized by the ErfahrungsMedizinisches Register (EMR). Please check with your supplemental insurance provider regarding coverage.

When does the health insurance company pay part of the costs?
If you have supplemental insurance for complementary medicine that recognizes the EMR quality label, the insurance company will generally cover 70 to 90 percent of the treatment costs.
Here is a list of insurance companies that accept the EMR quality label. It is best to check with your supplemental insurance provider before your first treatment to find out what portion they will cover.

How does payment processing work with supplementary insurance?
After you have paid the practice's invoice, you will receive a reimbursement voucher. You submit this to your supplementary insurance for complementary medicine.
The insurance company will check the receipt in accordance with your contract and refund the insured portion to your bank account.
How can I pay at TCM Seerose?
You can pay directly at the office by card, cash, or invoice. You will receive the reimbursement form for your insurance as soon as your payment arrives.
