Tuina medical massage
What is Tuina massage?
Tuina massage is a holistic body therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that combines elements of massage, acupressure and chiropractic. The name is derived from «tui» (to push) and «na» (to grasp). Various gripping techniques such as pressing, rolling and rubbing are used to mobilize muscles and joints and stimulate specific acupuncture points. The aim is to harmonize the flow of energy (Qi) in the meridians and to deeply release muscular and energetic blockages.
